Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement (and after payment verification for bKash orders). Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Courier Partners
We ship with trusted courier services including Pathao, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier. You will receive your tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you the tracking number and courier name via WhatsApp. You can also find tracking info in your customer dashboard.
Delivery Failure
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for 3 days. After that, items are returned to us. Redelivery charges will apply.
